Mark Robert Olbina, DDS
Dr. Mark Olbina has been an Amelia Island resident since 1984 and is highly regarded in the dentist community. He graduated from the prestigious Indiana University School of Dentistry after serving as the president of his class for four consecutive years. His decision to serve his country as a Naval Dental Corps. Officer was what brought him to this area from Indianapolis, IN.
While serving three years at the Naval Submarine Base at King’s Bay (and living on the island), he and his wife, Karen, fell in love with the friendly people and the beautiful surroundings on Amelia Island. In 1987, Dr. Olbina opened the doors to his new office at the Amelia Professional Plaza on 14th street. The dental office features modern amenities to ensure patient comfort. In February of 2007, Dr. Olbina and his staff were proud to move into their current location. You will find our practice an excellent choice for dental implants and restoring your smile. The location is perfect for patients in Fernandina Beach, offering convenient access to great dental near you, ensuring comprehensive care and emergency services.
Paul Michael Miller, DMD
Dr. Paul completed his undergraduate degree in microbiology and cell science at the University of Florida in 2009. He completed his doctorate at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in 2013 with honors, and was recognized by the Florida Academy of General Dentistry for exceptional skills in the area of general dentistry.
While in school, he was a member of the American Student Dental Association, volunteered at Give Kids A Smile events, and attended the Jamaica dental mission trip. He was married to Dr. Jackie in 2013 and joined Amelia Gentle Dentistry in 2016.
Dr. Paul is a general dentist but also a parishioner and usher at St. Michael Catholic Church. He most enjoys spending his time with his beautiful wife, Jackie. He also loves Florida Gator football, playing golf and tennis, visiting new places, and spending time with family and friends. He is excited to bring his skills to our growing Amelia Island practice!
Jacquelyn Olbina Miller, DMD
Dr. Jackie Miller was born and raised right here in Fernandina Beach, and is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Olbina. She attended Fernandina Beach High School and graduated at the top of her class in 2005. Dr. Miller then became a Florida Gator, graduating from the University of Florida in 2009 before heading to Fort Lauderdale to attend the Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine.
In dental school, she was very involved with volunteering and organized dentistry, serving as the chapter president of the American Student Dental Association. She also participated in Give Kids A Smile, and traveling to Jamaica as part of a dental mission trip to provide free care for the underserved population there.
In school, she met her future husband, Dr. Paul Miller, and they were married in 2013. Upon graduation with honors from Nova Southeastern in 2013, she joined Amelia Gentle Dentistry. Dr. Jackie is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and Florida Dental Association. Dr. Jackie is a Qualified Dentist in the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. She’s also a premier provider of Botox® and Juvederm®. Jackie is a parishioner and usher at St. Michael Catholic Church.
In her spare time, Dr. Jackie Miller enjoys attending Gator football games, playing tennis, and going to the beach. She is proud to call Fernandina Beach her home.
Jessica Loumeau, DMD
Dr. Jessica Loumeau was born in Houston, TX, but Palm City, FL, is where she grew up. She attended the University of Florida in 2001 and was accepted in the accelerated early admissions combined BS/DMD seven-year program during her freshman year.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in food science and human nutrition, and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2008. Dr. Jessica managed her own group practice for six years in Jacksonville, FL, where she first worked with Dr. Paul.
In 2014, Dr. Jessica married and had three babies in four years while practicing dentistry part-time. Her husband’s career landed her family at the FL/GA border in 2016, close to her respected colleagues at Amelia Gentle Dentistry. It was a natural fit for her to join the office part-time.
Dr. Jessica has three children, Iliana, Sophia, and Lachlan, with her husband, a spine surgeon in Jesup, GA. She lives on Jekyll Island, GA, and enjoys time outside with the family, hot meals with loved ones, running, jazz, and long drives. She and her husband just obtained their private pilot licenses together and look forward to flying the coast and the possibilities for providing services to those in need. Dr. Jessica is a parishioner at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
